I’ve been here a few times now. The staff is always friendly, the food is great. I’m not a huge coffee drinker but they have lots of other stuff too. I personally love their breakfast smoothie. Absolutely loved our experience at La Barista in West Des Moines! The breakfast burritos were incredible — packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and cooked perfectly. And the cinnamon rolls… unreal. Soft, warm, and easily some of the best we’ve had anywhere. The coffee was equally impressive — smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. But what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the atmosphere even better. You can tell this place takes pride in both their food and customer experience. We’ll definitely be back anytime we’re in the area!
